CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Boot Camp

This combination of boot camp style exercises, high-intensity interval training, &  strength training routines are designed to boost your fitness level.  Each class is unique, but you can count on building strength, improving cardiovascular stamina, and tightening the core.  Some of the tools you’ll use are dumbbells, battle ropes, ladder, medicine balls, your body, and much more. 

Core and More

This class focuses on abs and gluteal muscles to strengthen and tone the core and glutes. 

Fit-Cycle

We will be mixing it up! Combination of strength exercises and cardio on the indoor bikes. Getting back to the fundamentals of core strength movements, squats, lunges, curl, shoulder presses and more, then alternating to back  the bikes for a cardio burn.

Deep Tone Yoga

Deep Tone Yoga enhances overall mobility and strength. This class is great for stress relief and overall good  health. 

Family Zumba

Come dance with your kids and have a great time creating memories and learning that  fitness is fun! 

Flow Yoga

Flow yoga focuses on  breath (pranayama), and the movement (asana) in a vinyasa style.  This class will help you build strength, flexibility, and balance.   

HIIT

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This is a cardio and weight training class with alternating periods of intense exercise and less intense recovery periods. The class incorporates full body strength training and cardio exercises which help to burn fat and improve metabolism.


Indoor Cycling

We bring you an outdoor cycling experience indoors with this class. Motivating instruction and driving music will keep you energized as the workout simulates hill climbs, flat terrain, headwinds, tailwinds, and intervals. 

Senior Fitness

This overall body fitness class focuses on building strength, balance and stamina, cardiovascular endurance, and comradery! Connection, fun,  fitness results are the major components of this class.   Be a  shining example of living a healthy, fit, and fun lifestyle!  

Slow Flow Yoga

Strengthen, stretch, and align your body with a deep focus on breath and posture in a slow flowing vinyasa style.

Strength and Conditioning

This class uses body weight exercises and weights to tone muscles. Cardio exercises are also included to boost metabolism and burn fat. 

Yoga

Practice and learn mobility movements while controlling your breathing. Increase your flexibility, strength and proper alignment. This dynamic stretching class is open to all levels. 

Zumba

Whether your goal is to lose weight, get fit, dance with a group of people, or just to leave your worries behind, you will see benefits from Zumba!  The workout is basically watch and follow. The moves are repeated often enough for you to catch on and they're not complicated. The routines are repeated week after week with additions every now and then to spice things up and challenge the mind and body!
